Question: I have hypothyroidism, Sjogrens and Raynauds. I already have strange feelings in 3 toes to the left of my big toe after having surgery for joint issues and the big toe stings at times. That is probably from Chilblains? because I had little red blisters on it initially. Now I am getting tingling sensations on the tip of my nose. Is this related to the other issue? What can be done if anything and will it spread?

The first thing that happened with my big toe was these red blood blisters. Then several months later while it was still somewhat warm outside, the tips of my toes starting turning purple. But this was all my toes. Then the discoloring kept spreading and now includes all the toes and bottom of my feet. Then I got the diagnosis of Raynauds from my Podiatrist. We waited till XXXXXXX 2013 to do the surgery on my hammer toe (middle) and the 2 toes on each side on it my left foot because he felt with the Raynauds it should be warm outside for the best result. I did not know I had an allergy to Vicral Sutures and so after surgery my toes have not been the same. They crack when I try to bend the joint. He's tried Cortisone shots a few times to break up the sutures? tissue? but has not totally corrected the problem. Now they feel numb, sometimes tingly, etc. Mostly, my toes get a deep purple almost black color. My big toe on left foot hurts if it gets cold and more recently so do the 3 toes I had surgery on. I just do the best I can at keeping them warm. My fingers in the last several months do get discolored too. As far as my nose, my sister asked me one day why my nose was so red. I hadn't noticed. I am not on any medication for Raynauds. I have to take meds for the Fibromyalgia, Hypothyroid and Sjogrens and I really would like to get off some of what I'm taking now. In the last 1.5 yrs I have had the allergic reaction XXXXXXX 2013 to the Vicral Sutures, then in August went through Thyroid storm, then after I developed a macular hole in my right eye in November. Then I had shingles in February and then in August this year the Vitrectomy I had for the Macular hole sped up the cataract in my right eye so had that removed and Toric lens put in but because my iris was floppy it took longer than my eye surgeon had hoped and that caused corneal swelling. I also have Fuchs' Dystrophy and so the drops I was given to reduce the corneal swelling have not taken care of the problem so I am now awaiting a surgery date for a corneal transplant. As far as my nose is concerned can Raynauds affect that as well? I have probably given more info than you need but I am getting a little tired of being ill. Even when my health really took a nose dive in 2010 which is when my neurologist thought I had Myasthenia Gravis but I guess it was actually Sjogrens, I have had one thing after another. There are several auto immune diseases in my family.
