Question: do i need to see a neurologist for tingling, pins and needle feeling down both my arms. but mainly in my left arm and hand?

Of course,you should get yourself physically examined by a neurologist.These symptoms appear to be of neuropathy.It may be cervical radiculopathy as well.
A neurologist will do a physical examination and decide the investigations and management plan ahead.

'Nerve conduction studies' will help in approaching the diagnosis.MRI of cervical spine,will also be a part of the evaluation,probably.
