Brief Answer: Disc prolapse suspected Detailed Answer: Hello, Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic. A history of tingling sensation radiating from head to feet suggests anerve related disorder. The MRI report shows bulging of intervertebral disc and a stenosis. A bulge of intervertebral disc is protrusion of the disc and the disc can compress the nerves emanating from the spinal cord. Stenosis is narrowing of the spinal foramina through which the nerves leave the spinal canal. Narrowing of the spinal foramina also compresses the spinal nerves. The findings suggest an initial stage of disc prolapse. You need to consult an orthopedician for clinical assessment and further management of the nerve problem. In cases of disc protrusion or early disc prolapse, conservative measures are required initially. If you have more queries I will be glad to answer. Dr Shailja P Wahal
