What Causes Tingling, Soreness In Left Arm, Shoulder Pain And Numbness In Fingers?

Question: I'm 31 weeks pregnant, and I first started noticing symptoms the end of November 2015. It started with a weird feeling in my left arm, bicep area I suppose. A couple of days later, it felt like I had been punched in the arm as it had become sore out of nowhere. After that, my shoulder started to hurt and my arm, hand, and fingers became numb. I still have bad shoulder pain, and it pops when I twist it. My arm just feels tired and weak, my fingers feel funny, like I have a hard time gripping things. I was told I have some carpal tunnel, but my tingling is really only in my pinky, ring finger, and thumb. I also get twitching in my arm and hand every once in awhile.
Before my arm problems, I did have weird tingling and a numb feeling in my cheek and jaw on my left side.
I feel like my entire left side of my body is acting weird.
