What Causes Tiny Bumps On Forehead, Lower Cheeks And Ears?

Question: Hello Ma'am,
You treated my eczema last year and your treatment worked wonders, thank you for the same.
Coming to the present problem, many tiny bumps have appeared over my forehead, lower cheeks, near ears and other areas of face. The bumps are skin coloured and cause no irritation, pain or itching. I have never seen such bumps before nor have i had acne problem in past barring appearance of a pimple or two sometimes. But i recently got my hair highlighted if that could have caused it. I also visited a dermatologist who prescribed medicine for acne but I am not satisfied. Its really troubling me as my skin feels rough and the bumps become visible in light. I have started the medication only today. But I want to know if this could be because of some other reaction. Kindly help!

Brief Answer:
continue with your doctor's prescription
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing back.
It does look like acne. I would advise you to follow your doctor's prescription with few minor changes.
Continue with tretiva and zitcare.
Use a mild face wash like Ahaglow face wash
Use adapalene benzoyl peroxide gel( epiduo gel). Mix desonide gel( atonide gel) in epiduo gel in equal quantity and apply over full face in night. Use these creams in small amount to avoid redness and irritation.
Apply calosoft lotion twice in a day full face.
Let me know after 15 days about your progress.
Regards
