What Causes Tiny Bumps On Penis Tip?
Question: Hi, I noticed 2 to 3 tiny pimple like bumps (shiny) on the tip of my penis just at the opening to the urethra. The bumps are on the lower part of the opening and appear like the tip of my penis but stand out more pronounced than the rest of the opening. They do not hurt and i have had no other symptoms apart from some tingling almost immediately for the past 4 to 5 days after i received unprotected oral sex. i am not sure whether they have been there before that. I did a pee stick test at a gp 2 days ago and there was no bacteria. Should I be worried?

Asymptomatic lesions over penile region after unprotected sex probably point towards molluscum.It is a viral infection caused by pox virus.A photograph will probably help finding out exact diagnosis and further treatment.
Do not try to rupture or squeeze the lesions.This can spread the infection.
For treating molluscum many options are available such as creams,liquid nitrogen etc ,however it will be better to get treated under the guidance of a doctor.

hi doctor, please see picture for reference. there are 2 pimple like bumps on both sides of the meatus and one side of the meatus appears more swollen when the penis is erect. appreciate further guidance. gp did not notice anything when penis was not erect.

From photograph lesions seems to be molluscum.
Swelling over penis can be due to secondary bacterial infection.
However I will advise you not to be panic and just apply a topical antibacterial like t bact for few days.In most cases lesions will resolve on its own.In case there is no improvement then consulting a dermatologist will be further option.
