What Causes Tiredness And Tinnitus While On Baclofen, Metoprolol, Metformin And Amlodipine?

Question: I'm on the current meds,
1. baclofen 10mg three times a day.
2. metoprolol tartarte 25mg twice a day
3. metformin 250mg twice a day.
4. velafaxine xr 37.5 mg capsule once a day
5. losartan 100mg tablet once a day
6. amlodipine 10mg once a day

I'm usually tired all the time in the afternoon. Could any of these medications be making me tired?
