Brief Answer:
Aggrenox is unrelated.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
See Aggrenox is an anti platelet drug. It prevents you from heart attack and stroke. It is unrelated to tiredness or weakness. Don't stop the medicine without consulting doctor ever.
However there is one thing that this medicine can do and cause tiredness and weakness. That is it can cause gastric ulcers which can bleed in small amount inside and can cause anemia which can cause such weakness.
Also important to get checked your blood sugar and blood pressure. If they are disturbed you can feel weakness.
At this age Calcium and Vitamin D deficiency are also responsible.
I advise you following tests:
1. Hemogram
2. Liver and Kidney function test
3. Fasting Blood Sugar
4. Serum calcium and Vitamin D levels.
5. Stool for occult blood.
Now further management would depend on investigations.
Another thing is that you should take Medicine like Pantoprazole regularly with the Medicine you are taking to prevent gastric ulcers.
If you have any further query please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
