Brief Answer:
Symptoms all could be due to infection, not preg

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I would like to first start by saying that it is not possible for you to experience kicks from the fetus this early in pregnancy, so that is ruled out.

I am assuming you are worried about pregnancy and so have a positive sexual history. So let me explain a few things about a home pregnancy test; make sure it is conducted at least 2 weeks after the suspected date of conception (i.e. the day of unprotected sexual contact) or on or after the second day of a missed period. Also make sure you conduct the test early in the morning using the first urine sample of the day, as that will be the most concentrated one. Repeat the test at least 2-3 times with 2-3 day gap between each test for an accurate result.

Now coming to the more likely cause which is an infection. The frequent urination, cramping and exhaustion could be symptoms of a urinary tract infection and so I would recommend a urine analysis to be conducted. Whereas, the loose stools, heartburn, and fatiguw could be a possible stomach infection and so I would recommend a stool analysis and a complete blood count.

As you must know ma'am, any irregularities in the female body like infections, use of medications, stress, etc; can all result in irregular periods. So I would recommend you to address all the factors that can cause an irregularity in your menstrual cycle and then observe your cycle to look for any irregularities.

As for the fatigue and tiredness which you mentioned this has most probably resulted from dehydration due to loss of fluids through loose stools and frequent urination. Please make sure you drink plenty of water and also please initiate ORS (oral rehydration syrups or sachets) at the earliest with a probiotic.

I hope you find my response helpful ma'am. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help you.

Best wishes.

The kicks have been lasting me about 4/5 months it's like a baby is kicking inside of me... I could just be sitting down and then bam out of a blue a kick in my left or ride side lasts for about 30 seconds but has happened quite a bit... Obviously I had unprotected sex a few times too. But obviously like I said negative hcgs.

Brief Answer:
Need details on your menstrual cycle

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again ma'am.

I would like to ask about your menstrual cycle, and whether you have seen your period since any unprotected sexual contact that took place about 4-5 months ago?

I would also like to ask if you have been conducting the home pregnancy tests using an early morning urine sample, please do so. As for pregnancy, if your gestational age were to be about 4-5 months you should know for sure with symptoms like a growing abdomen, absent period, enlarged and tender breasts, etc. So if you are not experiencing these then pregnancy is of course unlikely.

As for the other conditions that could possibly cause the presentation you are experiencing, I think it would be wise to get an abdominal and pelvic ultrasound conducted as this will help to rule out pregnancy and any possible abnormalities with the internal organs in the region. Once this is done, then we need not be concerned about much.

Please do write back to me describing your menstrual cycle from the last 5 months at least, with this information we can decide how to go forward from here, and I shall accordingly guide you with the same.

I look forward hearing from you in order to help you further.

Best wishes.
