Brief Answer:
Possibily chronic fatigue syndrome.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. If you have rule out other conditions causing such symptoms like anemia, thyroid disorders, diabetes vitamin deficiencies and inflammatory disease in body then your problem can be most likely chronic fatigue syndrome.

Chronic fatigue syndrome can occur after viral infection or viral fevers. Other conditions which can give such problem is excessive intake of caffeine or coffee, alcohol etc. Taking these drinks at night will decrease your proper sleep and causes continuous fatigue.

Make sure you get enough sleep. Take vitamin supplements and anti oxidants. Have proper exercise regularly. Take enough water to hydrate your self.

If this is not helping then cognitive behavioral therapy by a psychologist will be helpful.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
