Question: Hello, Please explain ABILIFY 5MG and SERTRALINE 200MG. I have quit Xanax successfully. I am constantly tired and have difficulty to focus. I am already a XXXXXXX and still working full time in a job requiring constant focus. Any recommendations?

I read your query and understand your concerns.

From the available description it appears that you are taking full dose of antidepressant in formnof sertraline 200 mg which is augmented by low dose of Abilify. In addition it appears that there is residual symptom in form of constant tiredness and difficulty in focusing.

In current situation I have following recommendations.

1. Use provigil 100 mg and increase to 200 mg if 100 mg do not help. This is symptomatic treatment and needs prescription.

2. Ask your doctor to order vitamin B12 and Vitamin D 3 assessment. I see lot of seniors with difficulty in attention and tiredness when they are subjected to deficiency.
