Brief Answer:
Read below.

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

There can be several causes to your tiredness. One possible cause commonly manifesting with tiredness and sleep interruptions would be obstructive sleep apnea. In this condition during sleep there is a collapse of the upper airways leading to temporary interruptions of breathing. That may cause sleep disruptions and daytime fatigue. It is more common in people who are overweight, but can happen in the absence of overweight as well. Apart from the symptoms the diagnosis needs to be confirmed through polysomnography, a sleep study by the means of electrodes on the scalp which register brain electrical activity during sleep.

Other possible causes are metabolic ones such as thyroid dysfunctions or anemia. For that reason some routine blood tests are advised, such as blood count, glucose, liver and kidney function, thyroid hormones and electrolytes.
