Brief Answer:
Migraine can present without headache.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I am Dr. Dadapeer. K, an ophthalmologist and I will be answering your question.

I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that you are having episodes of transient loss of vision and paresthesia of fingers and toes.
These symptoms indicate transient ischemic attack. The common causes are hypotension or low blood pressure, hypovolemia, anemia, vasovagal syncope, vascular diseases, aura of migraines....

Since MRI of brain is normal it rules out vascular diseases. A general examination to rule out other causes like low blood pressure, hypovolemia, anemia...will confirm the diagnosis of Migraine.
There are many varieties of migraine and few like optical migraine or neurological migraine will present without prominent headache. But no need to be worried as this can be treated by medical treatment using appropriate drugs. I usually prefer to treat with tablets like Flunarizine or Propranolol.
The treatment needs to be done in consultation with a physician or a neurophysician.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment accordingly.

Hope this is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
With regards
