What Causes Trembling Hands While On Wellbutrin?

I am taking lexapro for a month. My doctor added wellbutrin 2 days ago. I started to see a lot of shaky hands. I can't play my piano in beat due to shakes. Is it normal?
Thanks.

Hello
Thank You for contacting HCM. My name is Dr Muhammad Ali Rauf & i will look into your problem.
I have gone through your query and would try to help you in the best possible way. Shaky hands is a known & common side effect of wellbutrin. As it is interfering with your normal daily routine so it would be better to visit your treating doctor and ask him to give you alternative medicine for wellbutrin. It will hopefully resolve your complaint. Prozac is a good alternative with positive results. Rest you can discuss with your dr as well.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!

Yes you can take atomoxetine
Detailed Answer:
Hello
thank you for the followup query.
Yes you can take atomoxetine as an alternative. It hopefully will not cause shaking of hands BUT you need to visit your local dr because it is a prescription med.
Feel free to get back for if you need any further assistance.
Thank You
