Brief Answer:
Further medications are needed...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your medical history carefully.
Indeed,
essential tremor can wreck the quality of life (as it has become quite noticeable to others in your case). However, Parkinson's disease should be ruled out first by your
neurologist.
If essential tremor will be confirmed, then, proper treatment will be prescribed. Usually, the treatment is based on the severity of symptoms. It is better to get evaluated by the neurologist to decide for the best treatment in your case.
As you are already taking Lorsatan, adding
beta-blocker drug (atenolol, propanolol, etc.) should be considered.
You are also reporting to be already taking Lexapro. At this point, I can suggest to discuss with your neurologist if you can use anti-seizure drug (i.e.,
topiramate,
gabapentin,etc.) as well!
Hope it helped! Let me know if you have other concerns! I'd be happy to guide you further!
