Brief Answer:
tremor

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
What you are describing is a tremor. The most common type of tremor is a benign familial tremor, also called an essential tremor. This is just a shaking usually of a hand but sometimes of the head. Since you are so young it would be a good idea for you to see a doctor for an evaluation to determine just what is going on and if there is something causing it that can be reversed.
If it is a benign familial tremor then there are medicines that can control it.
Please see a doctor as soon as possible for physical exam and blood tests to try and determine the cause.
In the mean time, take a multivitamin daily, get 8 hours of sleep every night. Avoid caffeine, alcohol and tobacco.

Brief Answer:
sorry

Detailed Answer:
Sorry, I did not misunderstand your question. Benign familial tremor or essential tremor can happen to anyone even if no one in your family has a tremor. It is the most common kind of tremor that is diagnosed in young people.
We can not tell you the reason for it until you have had an exam by a physician. There are many causes for tremor and you need a physical exam and lab tests done. You may also need an MRI of your brain.
If your family doctor can not diagnose this then you will need to see a neurologist. They are the specialists that take care of tremors.
I wish you the best

and is it causes any problem in future?

Brief Answer:
not enough information

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I can not tell you the cause. There are many causes for tremor. The most common cause is essential tremor and if that is the diagnosis, then there is treatment but no cure.
Other causes would have different treatment but we can not tell you the cause without further examination. You need a physical exam, blood work and possibly MRI of the brain to determine the cause.
Once the cause is determined then the doctor that makes the diagnosis can tell you the treatment.
Only when the cause is determined can a doctor tell you if it will cause problems in the future.
I know that this is frustrating and frightening, but we just can not diagnose the condition over the internet. You need to see a doctor to get the diagnosis.
Once you have an accurate diagnosis then the doctor can tell you if it is curable or if it will cause problems in the future.
I wish you the best,
Dr. Robinson
