
What Causes Tremors While Suffering From Severe Diarrhoea?

Question: 8 year old male with a normal temp of 98 degrees F tympanic. vomiting x4, lethargy, and diarrhea x 2 over the last day. He stated he felt like he wanted to vomit and stood hunched over a container and began to have moderate to severe left leg shaking that I asked him was he doing this on purpose and he said no. He has a palpable radial pulse and a strong and regular carotid pulse. Skin is warm and dry and skin turgor test was neg for dehydration.
I am mostly concerned because of his leg shaking any idea why his leg was shaking like that?
