What Causes Trouble Reaching Orgasm During Sex?

Question: Have difficulty having orgasims during very good sex with my wife, then a couple weeks later, the Viagra that always has worked, suddenly didn't work at all. Something is wrong. I have been getting Testosterone pellets, working well for about 3.5 months, but again, suddenly, I've just got 2 mos. since last insertion, and then these things. Additionally, I had low T for years, studied up on it, and realized I could have Aeromatase converting my T to Estogen (Estrodial). Although my Urologist never mentioned the word Estrogen, I said I wanted it tested and got 187 of Estrogen with low T. Any light you can shed on this would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi,

When on testosterone supp, Viagra and other like it only work for a short periodic time. Ultimately, makes will need alternative methods of erection, such as the penile injection.

This is performed before sex with a small needle and can give very hard erections. This is what I recommend as the next step.
