Question: Hi there, recently I have been overweight for a while weighting in at 83kgs and at 173cm in height. My blood pressure was at 167/99 with a heart rate of 130 doing nothing. I decided to go to the Gym and start doing extreme exercise. after 3 weeks of intense exercise I started feeling light headed everyday, with tiredness and weak calf muscles I started to feel dizzy and could not walk properly walking very slowly. I thought i was suffering a stroke and ended up in Emergency and the ECG and blood tests and xrays showed nothing. I have a tumor in both Adrenal gland which produces allot of adrenaline and a hormone which makes my bone brittle. My calf has some bruising from 1 week ago after i had massaged it with my knuckle. still today i tried to go to the gym and feeling the same after 2 1/2 weeks. I dont know what is going on

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have studied your case.

If adrenal gland tumour leads to abnormal secretion then you may need to think of medical adrenalectomy.
Regularly check your blood hormone level and consult specialist if symptoms persist.

Muscle weakness can be reduced by
Massaging the weak muscle with your hands or oil
Drinking plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration
Stretching your leg muscles or riding a stationary cycle.
Taking diet rich in calcium and potassium or oral supplements of the same
Check your vit B12 and Vit D 3 levels.

Till time, avoid lifting weights, You can consult physiotherapist for help.
Many of my patients get relief with yoga, pranayama and XXXXXXX XXXXXXX so you can also do that.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.
