Brief Answer:
Heart /GERD/spondyliarthrosis to rule out as following
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.
1. If I was your caring doctor would advise to run further diagnostic tests to rule out cardiovascular problems although the tests you did a year ago were normal :
- ECG
- ecocardiogram
- stress test
- holter monitoring
2 . Spondyliarthrosis should be ruled out by chest Xray and neurological examination.
3. GERD is another possible cause to exclude by upper endoscopy and abdominal ultrasound.
Hope it was of help!

Brief Answer:
Following advice.
Detailed Answer:
Hi back XXXX,
1. If ECG are normal, all your symptoms are suggestive for extrasystolyc arrhythmia. A random ECG cannot detect such heart problems. Therefore, I asked to run echocardiogram, holter monitoring and stress test to rule them out.
2. If chest Xray is normal, then, GERD remains another diagnosis to be excluded through upper endoscopy. Your actual health problems are more suggestive for GERD.
All the best!
