Question: I quit smoking a few days ago and I have ear pain and an earache with a sore throat and excess mucus. I quit because it was making my indigestion worse but now I feel really sick. I also have back pain and feel like I'm tensing up my facial muscles all the time

What is an effective way to get rid of the excess post nasal drip that I'm having from it. The mucus is making me feel completely nauseaous and making me feel like I have a bunch of phlegm just hanging in the back of my throat
