What Causes Twitching Of Eyes Continuously?
Question: I am 30 yr old, I have recently noticed twitching of eyes for continuous 5 to 10 min sometimes from about 15 days. i work infront of computer 8 hrs a day. I am concerned about this symptom i have recently developed. Can you enlighten me on this.

I reviewed your history.
Twitching of the eyes usually occurs because of dryness of eyes which commonly occurs in people who are exposed to computer for long continuous hours.
However this is not a serious condition hence no need to be worried.
You need to prevent dryness of eyes by use of artificial tears eye drops as advised by me in previous answer.
Along with you need to avoid use of caffeine containing drinks like coffee, tea....
Use of multivitamin supplement tablets will be of help.

i am using "Tear Drops" eye drops twice a day, regularly. i also wash my eyes, at least once in 4 hours using plain water. in addition, i take frequent breaks, say 5 minutes of break every hour. hope this practice should help me get rid of this issue, i have been experiencing this only with my left eye.
