Brief Answer:
Advised evaluation and medication

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for writing in.

I understand that you must be quite distressed by your twitching of legs and the resultant lack of proper sleep. Now, Restless Leg Syndrome is often caused or aggravated by nutritional deficiencies. Iron deficiency anemia, vitamin or mineral deficiwncies are often the common culprits. Rarely, it can also be caused by other medical disorders like kidney problems, nerve-related problems, etc.

Regarding management of your problems, I would advice two things. Firstly, you need a medical examination and a few blood tests to find out the underlying cause of your restless legs. Secondly, since the lack of sleep seems to be affecting you very adversely, you would benefit from a mild sedative medication for a short period, till the exact cause of your leg twitching is established and treated. So, please see a doctor in your place for an examination and a prescription for medication.
