Brief Answer:
check your calcium and vitamin D levels

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

I am sorry about the pain you are going through. I strongly suspect Calcium and Vitamin D deficiency in you. Hence, I kindly request you to get your serum calcium and vitamin D tests done. This is a blood test done routinely in most standard labs.

Please get back to me with the reports.

In the meantime, you can start yourself with Calcium supplements such as Tablet Shelcal once daily.

Of course, Hypothyroidism can add to the pain.

Regards,
