I would advise your the following:
Stool tests on 3 consecutive days.
A course of antibiotic, metronidazole, probiotic if suggestive of, by the clinical evaluation and examination and stool tests. IF it cures you well and good.
If not, you need further evaluation.
Routine tests of blood and urine
Per-rectal examination of the rectum and anal canal by a General Surgeon to see for the local causes.
Colonoscopy
CT scan of the abdomen.
