What Causes Uncontrollable Itching Of Pubic Hair Region?

Question: For about 2 months now I've had an uncontrollable itch in my pubic hair region. I'm a female, I'm sexually active. Small white bumps appear and disappear. Once a bump developed into a really sore pimple like bump (bigger than I've ever seen them) and popped full of puss. The itching I can't almost take at night. It's worse when my pubes grow out. There are a few small red patches that have developed in the past few days. Also I have anal itching as well. No odor or discharge. Please help.

Probably you have developed a fungal infection.
You description matches with that.
I usually prescribed ointment clotrimazole in night and clotrimazole powder to be applied in day for 15 days. I have seen very good response with this.
