Brief Answer:
Over correction of thyroid
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query
From the history you have given me it is possible that 200 mcg of Thyronorm is over correcting the thyroid dysfunction and this high dosage is causing these symptoms. A reduction in the dosage will help reduce these symptoms
I strongly recommend that you get Thyroid profile as soon as possible.
Beta blockers like propranolol 40 mg are good drugs to reduce these symptoms, you can take one early in the morning. PLease consult your physician before starting this drug.
I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
I wish you good health and a speedy recovery
Regards

Brief Answer:
Confusing results
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for getting back, I am sorry for the short delay in my response, I was travelling.
what is confusing is that you were started on treatment when tsh was normal however after treatment the tsh has gone up several folds. Are you sure these reports are correct ?
I strongly advise you to get tested for thyroid profile from a reputed lab once again and furnish me the reports. I also want to know your height and weight for dose adjustment.
I would also want to clarify that you were never on treatment for thyroid disorder before this ?
Please get back to me, I am awaiting your reply
