No. I don't have a tooth or ear infection that I know of. That ear is completely deaf but occassionally I do feel a slight ache in it. It leaves quickly.
I had the mumps as a kid. Can you get them again? I am also a heart transplant patient and am being very cautious.

Brief Answer:
Parotitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the follow-up query and all the information.
You are probably suffering from parotitis.
Take an antibiotic like Cefixime 200 twice daily for 5 days (please obtain the necessary prescription from your local physician).
Tablet Diclofenac plus Serratiopeptidase combination twice daily, it'll help reducing the inflammation and pain.
Take an antacid also (eg. Omeprazole 20mg once daily before breakfast) for the time being.
Take all for a week and avoid any sour foods. If the swelling still seems to progress get an ultrasound done.
Wishing you a speedy recovery.
Thanks and regards
