Brief Answer:
Symptoms based approach is preferred

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I can understand your concern for your son's health.
1) Does vomiting occur at any time or particularly after food intake? Doe he experience any abdominal pain associated with vomiting? What about his appetite? What are the color and content of vomit?
2) These symptoms based question will guide me to proper condition and also will help to suggest appropriate diagnosis.

I would be more confident and comfortable to guide you based on your son's symptoms and therefore answer to there questions are important.

No stomach pains, vomit in the morning is just bio fiulds. Appetite get full quickly, mornings does not want to eat until about 2hours after he gets up. Then once in a while he will vomit after eating, inconsistent. Have not figure out what triggers vomiting after eating

Brief Answer:
gastritis related vomiting

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I apologize for late reply.
1) Your son might have severe gastritis (inflammation of inner layer of stomach) which can produce vomiting. Severe gastritis can also lead to indigestion related abdominal pain.
2) There are different causes for gastritis i.e. irritation or allergy from food, H.pylori infection of stomach.
3) He must undergo upper GI endoscopy (with RUT test) to find out exact cause for these symptoms.
4) Treatment consist of medication for acidity, medication for abdominal pain, medication for H.pylori infection.

Brief Answer:
endoscopy can reveal other possible cause also

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I apologize for late reply.
He might underwent blood test for H. pylori which is not as sensitive as RUT test of stomach tissue retrieved during endoscopy.
Also, endoscopy can reveal other possible cause for gastritis. And RUT test would require only in suspicion for it i.e. severe gastritis in last part of stomach generally associated with this infection.
For relief of symptoms you can take combination of anti-acidity + anti-emetic medications (e.g. Tab. Pantoprazole + Domperidone) in empty stomach
