No stomach pains, vomit in the morning is just bio fiulds. Appetite get full quickly, mornings does not want to eat until about 2hours after he gets up. Then once in a while he will vomit after eating, inconsistent. Have not figure out what triggers vomiting after eating

They did the test for h-pylori test came back negative
Brief Answer:
endoscopy can reveal other possible cause also
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I apologize for late reply.
He might underwent blood test for H. pylori which is not as sensitive as RUT test of stomach tissue retrieved during endoscopy.
Also, endoscopy can reveal other possible cause for gastritis. And RUT test would require only in suspicion for it i.e. severe gastritis in last part of stomach generally associated with this infection.
For relief of symptoms you can take combination of anti-acidity + anti-emetic medications (e.g. Tab. Pantoprazole + Domperidone) in empty stomach
