What Causes Unsteady Gait And Slurred Speech?

Question: Have many medical problems--right now my problem is falling. I have fallen at least thirty times in
the last six months. Nothing was broken but have severe bruising. I am unsteady walking and sometimes
my speech is slurred. Can you help with a diagnosis?
