What Causes Unusual Intermenstrual Bleeding?

I'm 25 years old girl and have my monthly periods on 29th of each month and some time a 2-3 days ahead or backwards. Last day had a tiring adventure trip which made my legs and back pain a lot and at night i was drunk and am sure i had no physical contact with any one. I was sleeping beside a guy who just touched me unknowingly 2-3 times but not on my private parts.
when i got up in the morning my panty was slightly stained and by evening there was a big clot bleed and now its again slight bleeding again.
1)Is there changes that some one has physically inter coursed with me without am knowing, that is the reason of bleed or is it any other infection?
2) If no, Is there any reason of bleed again?
3) any treatment for the same?
Please provide more information for better assessment of the condition
Detailed Answer:
Hello
I had gone through your question and i can understand your concern.
At the outset I would like to know, were you completely drunk on that day?
when did it happen (after how many days of your last period)
are you having burning sensation while passing urine
Since you are having regular periods with up down of 2 to 3 days, so bleeding with clots are unlikely to occur without physical contact or injury to private parts ( if you were not near your expected periods )
Another possibility is infection or inflammation of the urogenital tract owing to passage of highly concentrated urine after drinking and dehydration.
In my opinion you should take plenty of fluids orally like fruits juices and lemon water
Maintain good hygiene
Please write back to me with these informations so that I will be able to tell you more accurately
Best wishes

Yes I was drunk completely but I remember all things that happened. I was not in that state that I could forget things.
My periods was on 29 July and now I am bleeding as stated earlier on 9 August
I have no burning sensation while passing an urine.
Please help.
Please consider these guidelines

Hello
Welcome again and thanks for the details
If you are sure enough that there was no sexual act during that night and if it's not a heavy bleeding than you need not to worry,
Irregular periods can be related to number of reasons like hormonal imbalances, PCOD, diet, emotional upset or stress and anxiety, and many other rare causes.
In my opinion you should observe it for next 1 or 2 days if it doesn't subside or increases than you need to see a gynaecologist for physical examination.
Meanwhile have plenty of fluids to maintain good hydration and adequate urine output.
Please feel free to ask for follow up question or further queries I will be happy to help you
Best wishes
