What Causes Unxeplained Bruises On Forearm?
Question: Hi , I had a bad black and blue bruise on the underside of my on the underside of my forearm. The bruise after about 3 weeks faded i now have a painful lump about an inch in diameter it's soft but firm and is not discolored. I don't know how I got the bruise.
