Brief Answer:
You need to stay well hydrated all the times!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and for contacting us at healthcare magic.
I have reviewed this information fully. Your work isn’t helping and seems to cause gross fluid and electrolyte loss. You must try to drink constantly to replenish the losses if unable to avoid working in these hot temperatures. You may want to review the daily weather information and try to avoid the peak temperature hours when working outside.
For the reflux, take 20mg of omeprazole daily. Avoid fatty meals, alcohol, cigarettes and sleeping too soon after meals. Also, use a pillow to avoid lying flat during sleep.
I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me if need be.
