Brief Answer:
You might be having a stomach infection due to food poisoning

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.

Your symptoms might indicate an acute stomach infection. It can be due to food poisoning or an infection which is transmitted by food and water.

Right now you are suggested to drink adequate amount of fluids and juices to compensate for your fluid loss through vomiting. Dehydration is to be avoided.

Please reach out to your nearest ER and have yourself clinically examined to confirm a stomach infection. For the dull pain in abdomen you might require anti spasmodic medicines. If the vomiting continues then your doctor should be givng you anti emetics and fluids. If an acute infection is confirmed then your doctor will prescribe you a short course of antibiotics.

If acute infection is not confirmed then your doctor might recommend an ultrasound scan abdomen to evaluate for other conditions like gall bladder stones, pancreas inflammation or liver infection.

Please consumefruits and freshly home cooked food which contains less of fat and spices for a while.

Hope your query is answered.
Please do write back if you ahve any doubts.
