Hi,
Thank you for writing into health care magic.
This is Dr.Riyanka, glad to answer your query.
The pain in upper back can be related to food intake such as sheep lamb trotters and is termed gastritis pain that might be felt in the upper abdomen and in the back. Usually, the pain is sharp and sudden with a bloated feeling. However, if you are experiencing symptoms of breathlessness then please contact your doctor immediately.
I have reviewed your recently asked queries and find that you are having anxiety and are taking medications for it. Gastritis causes anxiety is seen in many individuals and it would help to know if you have been diagnosed to be having gastritis or related conditions like acid reflux disease in the past. If you have been on medications to treat gastritis earlier then please discuss that with your doctor and reduce intake of oily foods and alcohol.
I hope i have answered your queries.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for writing back with an update.
Its more likely to be food related if you do not experience breathlessness. Please do not worry and limit your alcohol and oily foods intake.
Should you like to have foods like sheep lamb trotters then please drink fresh fruit juices with it.
Please avoid fasting for more than 4 hours and have small meals regularly.
Have your anxiety medications on time and do not worry.
