What Causes Upper Back Pain Between Shoulder Blades?
Question: Upper back pain between shoulder blades. I have spinal stenosis in the lower back region but never suffered this pain in the upper back. When I move my head looking down it pulls and the pain worsens.

This may need modifications of the pain medications or maybe a surgical indication as the case maybe.
