Brief Answer:
Get the cervical and thoracic spine evaluated!!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this pain that you have reported around the neck and the upper back regions. I have reasons to suspect that you may also have developed stenosis in these areas. The greatest risk factor for spinal stenosis somewhere else on the spine is an already existing stenosis. In this light, I will suggest that you should get examined and do some basic investigations like an X-ray, CT-scan and/or MRI to understand exactly what is going on at this level. Depending on the findings, you would be presented with plan on how to continue and get this addressed fully. This may need modifications of the pain medications or maybe a surgical indication as the case maybe.

In all, get this area examined and investigated with imaging studies. Preliminary findings, if not conclusive, would guide future action.

I hope this helps and addresses your query fully. I wish you well and thank you so much for using our services. Please, feel free to ask for more information and clarification if need be.
