Question: iv had pancertist before and Om hurting on my left side, I feel funn in my head
like its not clearand feel like m gonna pass out

To recapitulate: Female/65 - history of pancreatitis - pain on left side and feel funny in head - like it is not clear - and feeling like gonna pas out -
I would advise you to rush to the ER.
There can be a serious problem like pancreatitis, heart related or something very acute.
Call the emergency/Ambulance.
Restrict the movements.
Have aerated atmosphere.
Do not take anything orally.
I hope you are not alone and there is someone with you.
May be an emergency.
