What Causes Upper Right Abdominal Pain Radiating To The Back?

It causes bloating and is tender to touch on a scale of 0-10 pain its a 2
Pancreas, stones in bile ducts or urinary tract infection.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for the query.
Upper right abdominal pain radiating to the back is a very characteristic symptom of gallstones in the gallbladder or bile ducts. Stone in the bile ducts can be sometimes missed in the ultrasound.
Have you had any blood work done (especially AST,ALT, GGTP, AP, bilirubin levels - this enzymes should be elevated in case of bile ducts issues)?
Similar to bile gallstones pain can be present with pancreas inflammation. This is possible if you have bee drinking for a long time. It could cause chronic pancreas inflammation. With this issues you may have also fatty diarrhea and weight loss.
Another issue which can cause such symptoms is urinary tract infection. Especially when the kidney is affected pain tends to radiate to the back. Frequent urinating, burning while urinating should be also present.
I suggest you to have mentioned blood work done along with urine analysis. For pancreas diagnostics, abdominal CT should be also done.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

Chronic pancreatitis should be ruled out.
Detailed Answer:
Well, not all this enzymes get elevated due to drinking. Can you please attach this results? GGTP, AP and bilirubin elevated levels do not have to be caused by drinking.
Still pancreas condition is to be checked with abdominal CT. Regular drinking of small alcohol amounts can cause chronic pancreatitis.
Regards.

----------- END OF MY HEALTHEVET PERSONAL INFORMATION REPORT ----------
Abdominal CT is a next step.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through the report thoroughly.
This result do not point to any bile ducts or gallbladder issue.
So chronic pancreatitis should be ruled out as a next step. To do that, abdominal CT is necessary. If nothing will be found in this test, gastroscopy should be next.
I suggest you to consult gastroenterologist with your issue.
Regards.
