Constipation seems to be the root of your problems

Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone through the details and can explain the problems that you have detailed. It seems that you have constipation. Constipation often alternates with diarrhoea. Constipation might be associated with spasm of the anal sphincter. The solution is to take Sitz bath. Take a tumbler full of water as hot as your skin can take. Sit with your anal opening dipped in it. Do this for around 20 mins twice a day for a few days or till you get relief. It will help in relieving the spasm. About the rest, taking a high fibre diet as well as fibre supplements like isabgol at dinner. I think that your problems would get resolved soon.

It could be due to gastrocolic reflex
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. Sorry for not being able to write back earlier.
I would like to question you whether the urge to pass stool comes soon after meals. If that is the case, it is due to a phenomenon called gastrocolic reflex. It is not unusual to be present in some people and nothing needs to be done about it.

Irritable bowel syndrome needs to be excluded as a possible cause
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back.
I have gone through the details and understand your concerns. In such a case, I wonder if you have hyperactive or overactive bowel. It is often seen normally or could be associated with conditions like irritable bowel syndrome. You should talk to your doctor about evaluation for the same.
