What Causes Urinary Odor With Cold And Chills?

Suspecting a urinary tract infection, a few suggestions
Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome
Thank you for writing to us.
I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I suspect a urinary infection and so here are my recommendations:
+Drink plenty of water
+Keep your genital and private region as a whole clean
+Drink cranberry juice as tolerated
+1 tbsp baking soda in 1 glass of water as tolerated through the day
+Try to get your hands on a DISODIUM HYDROGEN CITRATE syrup and take 2 tsps three times a day
As you are not running a fever, I would not recommend antibiotics at the moment. But please make sure you feed well enough, as you will require all the energy you can get. And the chills and weakness can be expected to last for a few more days, but by drinking a lot of water (more than 3 litres per day) you can make up for this.
I hope and pray you recover rapidly and completely. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.
Best wishes.

I drink 60+ oz. of water daily. I rarely drink juices or milk. I drink alcohol and beer. I haven't had sex in a month. My diet hasn't changed.
Could it be something else? It is more like hunger pains.
When my body feels ill and I get woozy and my stomach kindof hurts, I know I have to get protein(food) in me or I'll pass out. Now I feel like that but eating doesn't make it go away.
It could be a number of other things, but diabetes seems more likely
Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.
Yes it can be a few other things also sir.
Kidney stones, yeast infection (due to diabetes), diabetes itself manifesting in the way you are presenting, fluctuations in blood sugar levels, protein breakdown, effects of alcohol on your diabetes making an impact in this way, etc.
Hunger pains does point towards a diabetic cause being more likely sir, please visit your doctor to check on your HbA1c profile, blood glucose profile, weight, and make sure they are all well controlled with the help of oral medications or insulin and not over or less controlled.
Best wishes.
