Brief Answer:
Constipation is the cause of your problems.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

Your complaint is typical of constipation. You need to increase your dietary fiber intake. The following are good sources of dietary fibers:
Beans. Think three-bean salad, bean burritos, chili, soup.
Whole grains. That means whole-wheat bread, pasta, etc.
Brown rice. White rice doesn't offer much fiber.
Popcorn. It's a great source of fiber.
Nuts. Almonds, pecans, and walnuts have more fiber than other nuts.
Baked potato with skin.
Berries.
XXXXXXX cereal.

Apart from these, you can also take stool softeners like Miralax (polyethylene glycol) or fiber supplements. This has to be backed up with regular exercise and morning walk.

Hope that helps.

Brief Answer:
You need to get it investigated

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the details. BHP is unlikely in your case. You would need to get it investigated. Get a urine microscopy and culture as well as ultrasound of KUB (kidney bladder prostate) done. Upload the reports thereafter and I will guide you further.
