Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns
You have noticed that after ejaculation that you will have leakage of semen when squeezing your legs or sitting. This is normal. When you ejaculate not all the semen comes out in and some remains in the urethra. So when you squeeze or sit down the extra semen will leak out. This is not a sign of anything abnormal. This also goes with the slight leakage after urinating. There is a small amount of urine still in the urethra and it will leak after urinating. The best thing to prevent that is to wait after urinating and not immediately zip up. Stand in position for a few more seconds and milk the urethra. That should stop your problem. The good news here is that you did see your doctor and had all the appropriate tests and they are all normal
In summary
1. Semen leakage normal after ejaculation
2. Urine leakage also due to urine in urethra
3. Milk the urethra after ejaculation or urinating

But i have been doing keggel exercises since 3 weeks and it doesnt seem to help..
Or should i stop masturbation
Kegel exercises not very helpful
Detailed Answer:
The kegel exercises that have been suggested for years really do not help much with stress incontinence.
The feeling of still needing to go or leakage after urinating maybe related to incomplete emptying after urinating. I would recommend seeing a urologist and have them test your post void residual volume. If this is high then your bladder is not completely emptying and can cause incontinence issues.
Masturbation and constipation have nothing to do with the incontinence. Iwoud recommend using something like metamucil or cirtracel so you don't strain to have a BM. Straining does not help your issues.
