Brief Answer:
It is normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
After the removal of an ectopic pregnancy you have normal vaginal bleeding to remove the overgrown endometrium in response to the pregnancy. This is associated with uterine cramps. It is a normal finding. You can do a hot compress in the lower abdomen so that the uterine muscle relaxes and the pain decreases.
In case the pain is persistent then do get a uterine muscle relaxant like Drotaverine prescribed from your gynecologist.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
