Brief Answer:
uterosacral ligament stretch pain due to progesterone...normal

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to hcm,
If the urine pregnancy test has come out to be positive after 10 days of missed period then it is positive that you are pregnant and that the iui cycle has been successful. The present pain especially on the right iliac fossa and one sided is likely to be due to progesterone induced uterosacral ligamental laxity which can cause similar pain as that period to menses during the PMS.
if there has been no bleeding per vaginal in form of spotting then it is still safe to assume that pregnancy is intact and that this pain is due to progesterone increase in the body secondary to pregnancy which is physiological. I suggest you use hot fomentation locally to relieve the pain and go for your ultrasound pelvis tomorrow to confirm the intrauterine pregnancy.
The symptoms of pregnancy shall start only by 6-8 weeks of pregnancy in most women and shouldn't be a concern at present.
If the pain doesn't subside by hot fomentation and you experience any bleeding then you must report to your doctor asap.
Regards
