What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After A Salpingectomy?
Question: Had a laparoscopic bilateral salpingectomy three days ago. Feeling fine other then I am bleeding more then just spotting. More like a period. Still on the pill until I am done with the pack in two weeks. Is this normal?

It was for permanent birth control. My doctor prefers to remove the tubes instead of tying them. Three incisions. The only one that hurts is the one by the belly button. She had to put extra stitches because of oozing. Other then that everything was fine. She did notice my liver was enlarged, but I guess that is a different topic. She ran blood work, it all came back normal.
