In my opinion it might be her period time due to which she is bleeding. And the stomach pain is commonly seen during period time.

Vaginal pain might be due to as she participated in intercourse for first time.

Vaginal orifice means the vaginal opening. It is present below the urethral opening. It is the opening through which menstrual blood comes during the period time. This opening is covered by hymen.
