Question: I'm bleeding after sex well i think its just after that. It,s been alot of blood once or twice and contines spotting particulary at night?
am bleeding after sex, well at least I think it's just after that ? It has been a lot of blood once or twice and keeps spotting throughout the day, particularly at night. ?

Vaginal bleeding is quite common following first time sexual intercourse, due to rupture of hymen or blunt trauma around cervix/ inside vagina due to rough sex.

Bleeding is usually mild and stops within 2 to 3 days WITHOUT any medical intervention in most cases.

However, I suggest to keep watching the nature of bleeding and if it is slight heavy, you can take Tranexamic acid group of drug to arrest bleeding.

You should maintain genital hygiene properly and avoid sexual activity for at least 7 days.
