Hi dear and thanks for your query.
Vaginal bleeding after unprotected intercourse usually is due to cervical infection or cervicitis that are caused from STI.
Hence to help you if you have or not cervicitis I will need more details :
Do you have lower abdominal pain?
Do you have excess vaginal discharges ?
Do you have high body temperature?
When was your last vaginal swab for STI(SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED INFECTION)

I do not have lower abdominal pain or high body temp. The discharge only really happens when i urinate. My last menstrual period was about 2 weeks ago
Brief Answer:
You should contact with a gynecologist
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear again!
Usually, Cervicitis has symptoms that I have write above but it can also happen as cervicitis have only vaginal spotting.
But we can't exclude any other reasons that can cause vaginal bleeding such as dysfunctional bleeding due to hormonal imbalances .
Hence you should contact with a gynecologist to do a vaginal swab and a transvaginal scan to see the inner layer of the uterus.
Please let me know if you've any further queries
