What Causes Vaginal Bleeding Post Intercourse Despite Being On Depo Provera?

Question: I am currently on the depo provera shot and as of lately it seem eveytime I have sex I start my menstrual cycle. Like 20-30 mins after I finish having intercourse I start bleeding....is this a concern?
