We can not treat you on HCM so you need to go to a local doctor or clinic. It sounds like you have contracted a sexually transmitted infection (STI). Luckily most of them are easily treated with antibiotics. You will also need a test now and again in 3 months for HIV, though your chances of getting that are small with just one encounter (plus he may not have HIV), still getting tested is the safest thing to do.
